About our Wild Blackberry
Pronounced berry flavours that are true to the island. Perfect companion for creamy flavourful cheeses, pork tenderloin or as a dessert topping.
Our blackberries are hand picked on Vancouver Island. We hand crushed and fermented in stainless, then racked to neutral french oak for a short ageing. No filtering. 100% blackberries with minimal sulphites added.
