About our Cabernet Franc
This vintage was farmed and grown in the Similkameen Valley. 50% whole cluster fermentaion. Ferment took place in stainless, and then was transferred to neutral oak, and rough filtered prior to bottling. Minimal sulphites added.
Medium plum, cherry and licorice root. Chalky tannins with a balanced acidity. Goes great with charred dishes, or anything on the BBQ.
